Robin L. Chimile

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Penn State University, Robin worked for several years before pursuing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies Degree at Chatham University. During a clinical rotation with Dr Liang she fell in love with aesthetic medicine. Since 2010 she has worked side-by-side with Dr. Liang to provide comprehensive consultations and treatment plans to target each patient’s unique aesthetic needs.
In this ever-evolving field of medicine, she continues to expand her extensive knowledge by attending national seminars, advanced provider preceptorships and injection training with national and international leaders. Robin specializes in providing non-invasive aesthetic treatments to help her patients look youthful, natural and timeless. Her passion for helping others is evident in the lasting relationships she builds with every individual she treats.
Megan Laughlin, CRNP
Nurse Practitioner
Megan has been a family nurse practitioner since 2007, graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing followed by a Masters in Nursing from the University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda Maryland. Prior to her returning to Pittsburgh Megan served 12 years as a nurse and nurse practitioner in the United States Air Force. Her experience in medicine includes family practice and vascular surgery. Megan performs aesthetic injections to include neurotoxins, fillers and specializes in treating spider veins. She has been performing injections for more than 10 years in addition she performs all of our nonsurgical rejuvenation procedures.
Megan is focused on providing natural appearing outcomes and patient education.
Lauren Broadbelt, CRNP
Nurse Practitioner
Lauren is a Nurse Practitioner who began her career as a biology teacher after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh. Through her years teaching, she quickly realized she loved the human body and decided to pursue a career in medicine. Lauren completed the accelerated Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. During her program, she worked in dermatology and decided she loves aesthetic medicine. After finishing her Master’s degree, she worked side by side with a plastic surgeon on Philadelphia’s Main Line. She was trained by multiple top plastic surgeons and advanced injectors in the Philadelphia region on neurotoxins and fillers.
Lauren is focused on making patients feel more confident in their skin, while ensuring natural, refreshed results.
Shannon
MPAS, PA-C
Shannon is a certified Physician Assistant who received an accelerated direct-admit undergraduate + master's degree at Saint Francis University. Shannon is fellowship trained in Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine with experience as an advanced injector with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
Shannon’s focus is to make sure every patient achieves the results they set out to achieve while creating a long-term anti-aging plan.
Lauren Diulus
Head Esthetician / Anti-aging specialist
Lauren is a Licensed Medical Esthetician who is our head esthetician at Aesthetic plastic surgery of Pittsburgh. She has a BA in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. Her passion is patient education and working closely with patients to achieve their personal skin care goals. She is an expert in both female and male skin analysis, skin care protocols and noninvasive procedures that help to maintain looing youth and reverse the signs of aging. Lauren over sees all of our laser treatments working closely with surgical and non-surgical patients. With her extensive experience, she is trained and qualified on all of our noninvasive procedures.
Lauren’s focus is to ensure every patient has an effective treatment accompanied by her calming demeanor based on an educated decision.
Lisa Manfredo
Certified Paramedical Tattoo Artist
Lisa is a certified Paramedical Tattoo Artist. She specializes in Permanent Makeup for the face and body. Eyebrow Microblade, Lip Blush, Under Eye Dark Circle Camouflage, and Areola Restoration Tattoos to name a few. Lisa can also Camouflage Scars and Stretch Marks. We color match your natural skin’s tone and undertone to make scars and stretch marks much less noticeable. Lisa has been in the beauty industry since 1995, and she’s the highest reviewed permanent makeup artist in Pittsburgh for the last 3 years.
Lisa is focused on completing the whole look, working with surgical and non-surgical patients to achieve their aesthetic results.
Debra Thomas, RN, MPM
Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Debra began her career in Aesthetics in 2000. She has mentored many aesthetic injectors as faculty for national training companies for 20 years. She specializes in injectable treatments for a refreshed and natural look for her patients.
Debras focus is to welcome her patients into the practice while sharing her knowledge in aesthetics with providers to ensure her patients are guaranteed results that are subtle and natural.
Natalie Stright
Practice Manager
Natalie is our Practice Manager. She is responsible for managing day-to-day business affairs as well as patient care concerns. Natalie guides and assists our team with the ever-changing demands and growth of the evolving aesthetic environment. She enjoys talking with our patients and is always available to address any questions. Her primary focus is to ensure that every patient has a seamless, enjoyable and personalized aesthetic experience. Natalie works intimately with our patients who are contemplating a surgical procedure to ensure that they have all the necessary information they need to make an educated decision. For those patients who have elected to undergo a procedure, Natalie is the patient’s advocate, and will coordinate and manage all aspects of the patient’s journey with our office. Natalie has a direct line of communication with our doctors at all times. She will make certain that all of your questions and concerns, before, during and after surgery are answered quickly, accurately and in terms that are understandable.
Natalie’s focus is to ensure that every patient and employee experiences positivity in an environment that is led by an example of kindness and empathy.
Drew Williams
Front office Administrator
Drew is our Shadyside spa coordinator. Drew is available from start to finish for every one of our medical spa patients. Drew keeps our med spa running smoothly which requires attention to detail starting with scheduling and billing all the way to pre and post treatment communication, you are sure to have every question addressed.
Drew’s focus is to make sure you are prepared and pampered from start to finish in our Shadyside med spa.

Lauren is our front office coordinator for our Wexford location. Lauren keeps the office running smoothly while ensuring your in-person experience is enjoyable. Lauren works closely with patients to provide the scheduling needs that suit them best. Lauren is able to schedule, provide pricing and work one on one with your provider to answer any questions you have.

Becca is our front office coordinator for our Shadyside location. Becca keeps the office running efficiently on a day-to-day basis while creating a pleasant in person experience. Becca has a close relationship with all of our patients in Shadyside and goes the extra step to make sure all of your scheduling and billing requests are addressed while working with providers to give the appropriate information in a timely manner.

Karen is our weekend front office coordinator. Karen allows our Shadyside office to be open for your convenience. Karen is available every Saturday to make sure if you have a question or an in-person appointment that you are accommodated promptly and efficiently.
Karens focus is to make sure that your weekend experience is as good as our weekday accommodations.
